The guys down at the Front Royal, VA location are excellent. Both guys who helped me renting and returning the vehicle were friendly and very efficient. There were 6 renters in front of me and he was working hard getting through them the whole time I was very impressed. Same goes with the guy who I returned the vehicle to. I would definitely rent from this location again.

I recently rented a car from this Enterprise location for two weeks, and I can honestly say the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The booking process was straightforward, the car was ready on time, and the vehicle itself was in excellent condition—clean, reliable, and exactly what I needed for my trip. What stood out most to me, though, was the customer service. Every single employee I interacted with was incredibly professional, helpful, and genuinely friendly. They took the time to walk me through the rental agreement, answered all my questions without rushing me, and made sure I felt confident about the car before I left the lot. You can really tell that this team takes pride in making sure their customers are happy. On top of that, the return process was just as easy—fast check-in, no surprises, and they even asked how the car performed for me over the two weeks. I appreciated that personal touch, because it felt like they actually cared about my experience rather than just moving on to the next customer. And just as a fun side note (because I don’t even care if I say this)—the guys working here are ridiculously good-looking. Like, someone needs to cast them in a commercial or something! It didn’t hurt that top-notch service came with a view. All jokes aside, this is by far the best car rental experience I’ve ever had, and I’d absolutely recommend this Enterprise location to anyone looking for great service, dependable cars, and a team that goes the extra mile. I’ll definitely be renting from them again!

The Front Royal Enterprise location, led by Will Akers and his outstanding team, sets a high standard for car rentals. Check-in and check-out were incredibly fast and efficient, and the vehicle provided was spotless and well-maintained. The staff’s professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service are truly top-tier. Every 5-star review is well earned... this location is one of the best in the company. Enterprise corporate should recognize that the Front Royal location consistently has the demand and talent to handle far more rentals than their current fleet allows. Too often they’re sold out, not because of lack of effort, but lack of cars which means lost revenue for the company and missed opportunities for this hardworking, capable team.

They had great deals on cars--- ones that handled well. It had the room we needed for all our luggage and it had the smart technology for braking for you upon approaching vehicles you follow. Even comfortable for the long trips to and from the destinations.

Chris had awesome customer service and got me a next day rental with a free upgrade as well. He also was able to accommodate my payment method for out of country currency. Highly recommend this location.
